The growing demand for water driven by a growing population in London, the Lea Valley continues to shrink, the Walthamstow Wetlands and city prevent further growth.

The project responds to this by liberating land used for water treatment and activates the land above the reservoirs and creates oppertunities for new sustainable developments.
